TheSubstanceslistedinsection6ofthisdocumentareProhibitedcompletelyorProhibited
onlyincertainapplicationwiththresholdlimit.ItismandatorytoexcludetheProhibited
Substanceslistedinsection6ofthisdocumentfromallVestasmaterialssuppliedtoand/or
manufacturedbyVestasorintendedforuseinVestasproducts.Thisdocumentalsoprovides
informationaboutVestasRestrictedSubstancesandRestrictedHazardousclassification.

statementoffulfilmenttotheVestasProhibitedandRestrictedSubstancedocument.
Suppliercommitstoavoidsourcingtin,tantalum,tungstenandgoldorotherconflictminerals
emanatingfromminingoperationsinconflictaffectedandhigh-riskareas,hereunderthe
DemocraticRepublicoftheCongo(DRC)andadjoiningcountries.RefertoSupplierPurchase
agreementforrequiredduediligencemeasures.
Dispensations:Ifaproductfulfilsthecriteriaundertherestrictedcategoryspecifiedin
section5(Table1&2),thenaDispensationmustbefilledoutbyVestasbeforetheproductis

技术要求： 1、按照图纸及附加附件QS990513、TPS900791、PWI936840、EN 10025-3加工制造、检验、验收等工作，如果存在冲突以严格的要求为准。 2、法兰原材料以图纸为准，无任何材料转换；只允许使用维斯塔斯认可的原材料，不允许使用连铸板坯或未经同意的原材料。 3、采购的法兰需要满足欧盟CE认证；在外包装和质量证明文件中需带CE标识； 4、法兰坡口以图纸为准，不允许有任何更改； 5、为了保证塔筒吊装后所敲钢印字体保持一致，字体朝上，请在敲钢印时区别对接处的上下法兰； 6、法兰供应提供加工好可以直接进行试验的双份试样，以便复验出现争议时使用。试样数量满足20%的炉号进行复验使用需求。 7、法兰碳当量及无损检测要求按照附图及规范要求执行。 8、法兰发货前需按照图纸要求使用铝合金螺柱对法兰螺纹孔进行封堵。 9、法兰推荐厂家：山东伊莱特重工有限公司、江阴市恒润环锻有限公司、韩国Seohon、星泓智造装备有限公司，品牌需报备维斯塔斯确认后方可采购。
